Came here today. Regarding Audi’s tire vibration. The reception from the beginning was satisfactory. The employees who checked the tires and the supervisor who found the problem were good. They said that it would be good to do an alignment after fixing the problem and conducting a road test. When I asked them to do it, they charged me about 50 percent more than what is charged in Dubai workshops. Then the person who called himself the manager immediately reduced the overcharge by 40%. I think this charging bargain method seen in typical local class workshops is damaging the reputation of the institution. You have to be more professional

Very disappointing service and rude branch manager.

Left car for detailing service based on assurance that it is a professional service done with professional tools and professional materials.
You can see on the photo, it’s a no-name liquid in 3M dispenser (team refused to show the original bottle of that liquid), toothbrush (looked quite used, hope not at least for brushing the teeth) and cheap kitchen sponge.

Not sure how the interior will be in few months, but I got super disappointed seeing one of the “cleaning specialists” rubbing the leather seat by green (hard) side one the sponge.

Then we spend another 90 minutes trying to fix numerous places they have not even touched, dust and spots of dirt was still there.

Got an interesting call with branch manager today, who said yes team is new, supervisor was not there and the team got no access to professional tools and materials. And most importantly, he works for his manager not for me (I assume it’s a norm to say to customers they just paying the money and that nobody owns them nothing).

I’d like to address this to Managing Director (found on Linked In) Mr.Hamid Moaref. Happy customer will bring 7 new clients and unhappy will lead away 19. Please go and talk to team, put up video recordings on how the cleaning was done (car was with Orange Auto Al Quoz branch from 16 to 19 of February), and – hopefully it is on video from main waiting area – listen how your branch manager talks to customers (call on 20 of February from 10:59 UAE time to 11:05 UAE time).

To the branch manager and anyone else in charge of responses, no need to spread the allegation that is not truth. It is. I’ve paid for service in full (even though have been offered not to pay) to make sure I have a full right to provide candid feedback. I also put the same feedback on the invoice in written.

Good luck, and next time be professionals and show some customer care. Or at least say sorry for the bad job you did.

– i have shown no disrespect to neither manager or staff, I’ve asked questions and received no answers or at least apologise. It’s not correct to say something which has not happened. Pretty much lying to cover up own unprofessional behaviour. Operate by facts, not by emotions. I’ve paid for services I have not received, as simple as is.

I hope you can stop giving comments like the one below and really start thinking on improving your services.
