I am editing my post to reply to Orange post,My car was never bought from AuctionI bought it Brand New from Benz Dealership, Zero KM.the reply from Orange is untrue at all. Attached photo me driving the car out of Benz Sh. Zayed Road (taken from my video). I am ready for more proofs to deny Orange false claimsmy post: Took my Benz ML400 car to sort a simple water coolant issue( leakage as they said) ended by loosing the whole engine. Oil and water got mixed up. I thought it was a simple job, ended loosing my car! Not recommend at all. Even when you think it’s a simple easy job anyone can do, it might escalate to loose the engine. Be awareOrange replyResponse from the owner 15 hours agoPls be aware that this customer didnt tell us that he bought this car from an auction, after checking we found out that the car had been extensively repaired with many paint jobs done. If it was an easy simple job then everyone would be a mechanic.

Did my tints here. Amazing service by Savio. Pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was great. Car was returned on time and communication throughout was good. They are an authorised 3M dealer too so would definitely recommend for tints. Also ask them to remove the 3M logo everywhere on the tints, it’s better without it.

I had an excellent experience in here, i was tinting my car, it took little bit more than 1 hour as they mentioned and the tinting is amazing. Also prices are very good compared to other places that i checked. 1 thing i really liked is the waiting area, i spent more than 1 hour in a very comfortable place.

Took my Porsche Cayanne for an oil service but they failed to fill the oil to the correct level, luckily I checked the level , as I did not have time to bring the car back to them I had to top it up myself , but they refused to refund the cost of the oil they charged me for but did not put in my engine. Will never use them again.

No DONT go to Orange Auto. Surely worst service center in Dubai. I took my vehicle for complete inspection and inform the issues they gave a long list of items I said okay provided i dont have to come back for the same issues and nothing else remains however after 2 weeks I informed them I have same issues again and when i took the car i was given again a long list I asked why are you charging me again for same response was… No sir we fixed other issues this is other your car is old (why would i bring a brand new car for fixing lol) so issues will keep coming up I said why only same issue I got fixed from here and nothing else anyways I still paid and got the things done… Voila this time i got the car even in the worse mechanical issues. NEVER GOING AGAIN AND SAVING OTHERS ALSO NOT TO GO.PS i met saw couple of other people over there..

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your NAD AL HAMAR centre. I entrusted my BMW to Orange Auto for a general service, only to encounter significant issues post-service.Upon completion of the general service, I was informed of alleged engine oil and coolant leaks. This came as a surprise, as I have been driving my car for the past three years without any low-level alarms or performance issues. Upon requesting rectification, I was verbally quoted an exorbitant lump sum charge of 6000 AED without any breakdown or explanation.What further added to my frustration was the lack of transparency when I sought detailed quotes for the expected repairs. This lack of information made it challenging for me to make an informed decision about the necessary actions to take regarding my vehicle.Seeking a second opinion, I took my car to an Authorized Service Center, where, to my relief, it was revealed that there was no actual leak in the engine. Instead, after a steam wash, it became apparent that oil had been carelessly dropped on the top of the engine casing, leading to a false diagnosis of leaks.This experience has not only caused me significant inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the ethical standards of work at Orange Auto. As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism from the service center I choose for my vehicle maintenance.I am contemplating bringing this matter to the attention of Dubai Government authorities to ensure that such practices are thoroughly investigated. I believe in fair and ethical business practices, and I hope that this incident can be addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Technically inexperienced, but very experienced in deceiving the customers. They never check the vehicle thoroughly, and don’t provide any guarantee for any work undertaken. Customers end up making multiple visits for repeat repairs due to half baked job, there by emptying the pockets. I have lost the trust when they charged me twice for same issue in span of 2 days. Neither the staff nor the work performed can be trusted. Consumables are charged, but not included in the repair, as most customers dont bother to ask the evidence of parts replacement. This company is heading for disaster.
