I had my BMW 528i serviced and repaired at Orange Auto, Alquoz, Dubai towards the end of October 2025. It was a major service that included replacing the engine oil pan assembly, brake discs and pads, radiator hose pipe, engine mount, and several other minor jobs. My Service Advisor, Mr. Tareque, was extremely approachable and explained every issue and its implications clearly in
the first meeting.

This was my first time using an independent garage after 10 years of relying solely on dealer service. I chose Orange Auto based purely on the many positive reviews from previous customers and entrusting the garage with such major repairs, and am glad that it turned out to be the right decision.

After driving my car for two months since the service, I can confidently say that I am fully satisfied with the quality of work. Their follow‑up support also reflects the commitment to good customer experience.

I have service in the shop with Savio.
They never send me the official documentation and report. Instead they send me someone else report. I mentioned several time no response. In addition they pretend to have found many issues on my Porsche which I ask to give me an invoice. Nothing given instead they wanted me to leave my car for a week on the spot.
In summary very unprofessional, shady and lack of clarity. I wonder if all those reviews are even real🧐.

Amazing service. They do what they say. Genuine parts. Got a bmw3 series. A friend recommended me this garage few years back and since then I’m getting my car repaired or serviced from here only. Specially Mr Tareque, he makes sure that there is no problem even after delivering the car back. very good customer service and after service care. I used Orange following a some internet searching for my BMW X5. I am always a little reluctant to give an expensive vehicle to a non dealer facility, however the quality of the work and service was on par with dealership but at significantly better value. I received regular video progress updates and was returned as promised. No fuss or chasing. The repairs on the wheels, new tyres and body was exceptional and the car looks new.

I don’t recommend this garage at all. Their prices are extremely high — about three times more expensive than other garages. They charge AED 280 per hour, and they control the working hours in a way that makes you pay much more than expected.

I only changed four bolts on my car tires, and they charged me AED 160 for parts and AED 1,120 for labor! That’s unbelievable for such a simple job.

Be careful — you might end up paying a lot for small work and they are not professional at all,
It’s better to go to another garage and save your money.

The entire team demonstrated remarkable efficiency, completing the work ahead of schedule.
