I got my tints done from here and the overall experience was very good. I had checked with different vendors and they offered the best price. The customer care staff is very responsive and followed up with me, while also keeping me updated about the options and benefits. My name is Asif Shaikh having Lexus RX250. I came related to some suspension work and engine and gear oil change probably 6 months. I brought my car to their garage where there was one mechanic called Adnan who was fixing my car. As soon as I went closer to him, he whispered me by saying that he had a garage in Ras Al khor where services were cheaper and best. It was stupid of me that I got conveyanced and denied orange auto for further work. Adnan gave me an address and I went there. It was BK auto garage where there was a mechanic called Mohsin or Mehboob I don’t exactly remember the name and a office assistant. They destroyed my car and I had to sell it because they spoiled my gear box and engine.
I want to alert the garage that they should adopt some precautions so that no other customers got ripped off. Thank u
