Audi Brake & Suspension Repair in Dubai
- Pads, Discs, Control Arms, Shocks & Adaptive Air Suspension

Brake pad warning, a knock from the front over bumps, or your Audi sitting low? We inspect brakes and suspension on the lift, show you what is worn and quote first.

Many Audis, including the A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5 and Q7, use a multi-link front suspension with upper and lower control arms. It gives Audi its precise feel, but the many arms and bushes wear over time, especially on Dubai’s speed bumps. Larger models also offer adaptive air suspension, and all recent Audis use an electronic parking brake that needs diagnostic software to service the rear brakes. At Orange Auto in Al Quoz and Nad Al Hamar we repair Audi brakes, control arms, shocks, springs and air suspension, and calibrate everything afterwards.

How We Repair Your Audi Brakes and Suspension, Step by Step

1. Road Test

We drive over bumps and brake hard to hear knocks, feel vibration and check for pulling.

2. Diagnostic Scan

We read the ABS, parking brake and air suspension modules for faults and check ride height sensor values.

3. Lift Inspection

We measure pads and discs and check every control arm, bush, ball joint, drop link, shock and air spring for wear or leaks.

4. Clear Quote

You see what is worn and the price before we start.

5. Repair

We fit genuine or OEM parts from brands such as ATE, TRW, Lemförder and Sachs. Rear pads are changed with the electronic parking brake in service mode.

6. Calibrate and Align

After suspension work we calibrate ride height on air suspension cars and carry out a four-wheel alignment.

7. Final Road Test

We confirm the car brakes straight, rides quietly and shows no warnings.

We show you the old parts and explain what was replaced.

Audi Brake and Suspension Problems We Fix

Warning Signs

  • Brake pad warning light or squealing brakes.
  • Steering wheel shake under braking.
  • Knocking or creaking from the front over bumps, a classic sign of worn control arms.
  • Car sitting low on one corner or a suspension warning on air suspension models.
  • Electronic parking brake fault message.
  • Uneven tyre wear.

Audi Control Arms

On multi-link Audis there are eight control arms at the front. When the bushes or ball joints wear, you hear knocks and the steering feels vague. We replace only the arms that are worn, or offer a full set when several are worn, which is often better value on higher-mileage cars.

Brake Fluid and Air Suspension Care

Change brake fluid every two years. On air suspension, a small air leak makes the compressor run more and eventually fail, so fix leaks early. Heat also ages rubber bushes and air springs faster in the UAE. Check alignment after any suspension work with our Audi wheel alignment.

Audi Brakes & Suspension: Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Audi knock over speed bumps?
Usually worn front control arm bushes, ball joints or drop links. We find which ones on the lift.

Can Audi air suspension be repaired?
Yes. Often a single air spring, valve block or the compressor relay has failed.

Can rear pads be changed without diagnostic tools?
Not safely. The electronic parking brake must be put in service mode first, which we do with diagnostic software.
