I have Audi S8 2015 before visiting the garage I have called them and clearly asked them about changing the rear brake pads as I know Audi very well
first of all, the work is not neat, and they don’t keep the car clean as attached image
secondly when changing the brakes one pad comes with sensor one without he fixed both in one wheel then he again changed it and fixed the correctly the pads
after finishing my car there is brake lights which was not there
I always change the brakes before the lights turn on for precaution and to not skim the discs
if a garage tells me that a certain vehicle they do not have experience i would respect them but if you don’t know a job don’t do it
would never visit them again

(the response you are giving in not correct at all my car came with our brake light why after leaving from you it has brake light)
don’t try to justify the Quality of work you have (you staff himself initially fixed to sensor pads in one side then he realized he did wrong and changed his name is Navid)
I am not driving Audi from yesterday i have Audi from 2002

My name is Asif Shaikh having Lexus RX250. I came related to some suspension work and engine and gear oil change probably 6 months. I brought my car to their garage where there was one mechanic called Adnan who was fixing my car. As soon as I went closer to him, he whispered me by saying that he had a garage in Ras Al khor where services were cheaper and best. It was stupid of me that I got conveyanced and denied orange auto for further work. Adnan gave me an address and I went there. It was BK auto garage where there was a mechanic called Mohsin or Mehboob I don’t exactly remember the name and a office assistant. They destroyed my car and I had to sell it because they spoiled my gear box and engine.
I want to alert the garage that they should adopt some precautions so that no other customers got ripped off. Thank u
