Very disappointing experience with Orange Auto.

I took my car in for a routine service and was later presented with a quotation of almost AED 5,000 for various repairs. The next day, a warning error appeared on my dashboard. When I contacted the service center, I was told that the fault had already been detected during their inspection but was not included in the quotation because they did not have the required spare part and therefore chose not to mention it.

Concerned, I took my vehicle to another service center for a second opinion. They performed a full diagnostic scan twice and found no active faults or issues. I have now been driving the car for over two weeks without a single warning, error, or performance issue.

This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the inspection and the recommendations provided. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and complete disclosure of any issues found during a vehicle inspection.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that the focus was more on generating a large repair bill than providing genuine customer service. I would not recommend this service center based on my experience.

I used orange autos for Pre purchase inspection (PPI) for a car I was considering purchasing. I have to admit, the level of detail the company went into was impressive – to the point they uncovered additional issues that I would have had to endure and which would have cost me a lot to fix.
